At The Gin Library located at the Solar Branco Eco Estate & Hotel, visitors can not only learn all about the history of this currently fashionable drink, but also find the largest collection of gins in Europe.
From locally produced gins such as Baleia and Rocha Negra created by famous master Ali Bullock to a wide selection of over 500 gins available, visitors can join the Gin O' Clock promoted by the master and held every day between 5 and 6pm to taste the gin that will complement their meal.
This space is open from Monday to Sunday between 12pm and 7pm.
