Miradouro de Santa Iria

Located near the small village of Porto Formoso, the Santa Iria viewpoint reflects the contrast between the verdant landscape of the São Miguel Island and the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean that surrounds the island.

From this viewpoint you can enjoy the northern slopes of the São Miguel Island, and see its vast tea plantations. With the beautiful green and blue colours, the view of this belvedere is incredible and is always worth a visit.
