Poça da Dona Beija

This thermal zone, generally known as "Poço do Beijo", is composed of five bathing areas all supplied by a source of hot water with therapeutic properties, heated by the Furnas volcano.

Poço da Dona Beija is well equipped with facilities such as showers and changing rooms, and it is also possible to rent or buy towels during your visit. The hot water has enough sulphur, so it is advisable to wash the bathing suits completely, since the sulphur could stain the material.
