Cerâmica Micaelense

Cerâmica Micaelense was founded by João Vieira in 1994 to fill a gap in the sector for this type of article.

This factory specializes in the manufacture and manual painting of ceramics and tiles which can be personalized to the client's taste. The factory offers paintings of saints, family names, religious paintings, inauguration plates, among others, relying on 4 production lines in which blue is predominant.

Occasionally it also produces pieces with hydrangeas all filled in, in an ode to the beauty of the Azores. In this factory and shop, visitors can find all kinds of pieces for private collections or to offer as a souvenir of this immemorial island.

This space is open daily from 09am to 06pm and closed at the weekend.
